Formula 1 Triathlon (TRIF1) returns to Australia

XOSIZE Events is excited to announce the return of Formula 1 Triathlon (TRIF1) racing in Australia. Where it all started back in the 90’s. With many of the triathlon legends like Greg Welch, Chris McCormack, Greg Bennett, Brad Bevan, Mile Stewart and Craig Alexander started their careers in do or die racing that was televised nationally.

TRIF1 will bring to triathlon what XGames has brought to Snow, BMX and Skating a great entertainment package for everyone.

The format’s  open to both Age Groupers and Elite/ITU  athletes to race in this  format. Each venue has been handpicked  to  create the  very best  entertainment package for both  the athlete and  spectator, with access to some fast and  furious  racing never seen  before in  Australia and Asia.

Each venue will have  2 heats and a final for all competitors.  Distances will vary depending on venue, but will generally  consist of  200m swim 10km cycle and 2km run.

The Elite Cup will see the world’s best athletes competing over selected venues for substantial prize money and will compete on teams similar to the style of racing in Europe.
