Prawn and vegetable noodles
â€¢Â 1/2Â packet Hokkein noodles
â€¢Â 40 large green prawns
â€¢Â 1 tablespoon canola oil
â€¢Â 3 cloves garlic
â€¢Â 1 medium red capsicum, seeded and sliced
â€¢Â 200g mushrooms, sliced
â€¢Â 2 cups broccoli
â€¢Â 1 cup bean sprouts
â€¢Â 1 cup sliced carrots
â€¢Â 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
â€¢Â 1 tablespoon soy sauce
â€¢Â 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1.Â Rinse noodles and shell prawns.
2.Â Heat wok. Stir fry garlic, capsicum, mushrooms and prawns with oil until prawns change colour.
3.Â Add noodles, vegetables and remaining ingredients until cooked.
