born2run with Pete Jacobs and John Marsh

Pete Jacobs and John Marsh have created where you can book your place in their Sunday run technique sessions to help you improve your running, or you can read articles or watch videos to learn good technique in theory.

FOR ALL LEVELS! These classes involve running only 50 -100m at a time, always out and back. The focus is on improving your technique so you run as evolution intended you to. The guys will go through some theory, drills, practical exercises and personal coaching to improve your running technique – They have already heard of improvements from almost everyone we have seen so far. For many, it’s instant!
