2023 Super League Triathlon Championship Series: New Teams and Enhanced Scoring System

Super League Triathlon, an innovative concept in the sporting world, announces the Team Owners and Managers for the 2023 Championship Series, following two successful years.

• The 2023 Series will feature four Teams, each with five male and five female athletes.
• An improved scoring system and new athlete recruitment procedures have been introduced.
• The Teams are Bahrain Victorious Scorpions, Santara Tech Eagles, RTS Warriors, and RTP Sharks.
• Renowned Olympic medallists and World Champions, including Jonny Brownlee, Georgia Taylor-Brown, and Alex Yee, are set to race.
• Total prize pool for the 2023 Championship Series is $1.24 million, with $300,000 reserved for Teams.
• A brand refresh for Teams and the Super League Triathlon brand is on the horizon.

Scoring and Prizes

Athlete points from Individual and Discipline Leaderboards will count towards the Teams Leaderboard in 2023. The significant prize money provides financial support for young athletes early in their careers.

Super League Triathlon was established in 2017, with the first Championship Series in 2018. The 2023 Series marks the event's fifth anniversary, with Super League having hosted 26 Championship Series and Arena Games Triathlon events.
