Challenge Gold Coast – A true bike challenge

We have heard the talk about the hill in Challenge Gold Coast that the team are calling ‘The Beast’. So while up at the Gold Coast Marathon the other weekend we took a the video camera around the course to see what all the fuss was about.
What we found was that this 10% incline hill was just one small part of a challenging bike course. We are not going to see much drafting on this course as about half of it is climbing. The rest is downhill. This should be a fair race!
Now that we have been around the bike course we really want to do this race!
