The Trainual Ironman 70.3 Indian Wells-La Quinta triathlon is an annual event that takes place in Southern California's Coachella Valley. The race is 70.3 miles long and consists of a swim, a bike ride, and a run through the cities of La Quinta and Indian Wells. The event was held on December 4, 2022 and featured some of triathlon's top professional athletes.
Boulder, Colorado's Sam Long was the overall winner of the men's professional race, finishing with a time of 3:34:34. In the women's professional race, Paula Findlay from Canada earned the win and repeated her 2021 victory, finishing with a time of 4:06:10.
