Tri NSW is holding their very popular triathlon training camp for women again. To be held in August at Forster on the NSW Mid North Coast the camp will be run by some very popular leading coaches and athletes again. Feedback from some of last year’s attendees was that the camp was a huge success and a great skill and confidence building experience.
We would like to invite women of all abilities, whether you are a seasoned athlete or attempting your first triathlon, either Enticer, Sprint, Olympic, Long Course or Ironman.
Back again, for the fourth year running, Triathlon NSW will be bringing to Forster, the best women’s camp yet.
The camp will begin on Thursday afternoon and conclude on the Sunday mid morning.
Participants will be staying at the luxury Sevan Apartments.
WHEN? 4pm Thursday 18th August until 10am Sunday 21st August 2011
WHERE? Sevan Apartments, 14-18 Head Street Forster, New South Wales
WHAT TO EXPECT?
Lots of swimming, riding and running. Bike skills, set up and maintenance, clinic focusing on nutrition, loads of training, racing, massage & physio advice as well as lots of fun and laughter whilst meeting other females in the sport.
Special Guests: Michelle Ferris (Ironwoman and 2xOlympic Medalist), Christina Thomas (Aus Ironwoman Champion), Nicole Ward (Professional Athlete Advisor), and coaches Melissa Cockshutt and Bern Ward.
COST?
$300 for TNSW members, $350 for non-members. This includes 3 x nights accommodation in 2 & 3bedroom apartments. It also includes all linen, a welcome dinner on the Thursday night, pool entry plus all coaching seminars and training sessions.
