Adrian Cominotto  was the fastest swimmer at 44:32  in what is possibly a record swim for Ironman Australia. Two minutes seperated the top pros.

Age Grouper Trent Champan swam the 4th fastest swim time to be right with the leaders.

Chapman is currently 5th on the bike after the first lap.

Trent Chapman’s brothers, Leigh and Corey also put in fast swim times to be in the lead pack out of the water.

Tim Berkel is currently 4 minutes down on the bike after the first lap.
