Some very cool sunglasses from Maui Jim

Maui Jim make some very cool sunglasses. These Hot Sands glasses are what we are wearing right now and man do we look good! These are the first range of glasses from Maui Jim that are more suited to running and cycling. The lightweight, well designed frames and lenses certainly stand out from the usual sports glasses we wear.

The lenses are polarised and made out of lightweight polycarbonate instead of glass which you would expect with a pair of glasses that look like this.

They hug the head really well, don’t put pressure on the nose and never feel like they are going to fall off.

The bronze tint that we are wearing let in plenty of light early in the morning but you wouldn’t want to be cycling too early in them.

There isn’t a lot more to say about them. They just look good and are very good quality.

Maui Jim got its start in 1980 as a small company selling sunglasses on the beach in Lahaina, Hawaii.
