The inaugural Challenge Cairns was a success with a few minor teething problems that should easily be forgiven by the competitors who took part in the week long multisport festival.

This is a destination race and definitely a race that you should book yourself in to and take the family for a wonderful break at the end of a triathlon season to thanks them for the support they have shown you.
