Following a sell-out dinner in July, triathlete-friendly hotel, The Mauna Lani Bay Hotel & Bungalows will again host an exclusive vegan dinner with one of the most popular faces of triathlon, Hillary Biscay.
Enjoy a four-course vegan menu especially created by Mauna Lani’s award-winning team of chefs using the best and freshest in-season Hawaii Island produce.
Hillary will share highlights of her career, provide training and racing tips and talk about her vegan lifestyle.
