We went along to a swim session with the Wollongong Wizards and got to watch Coach Jamie Turner put the squad through their paces with paddles, pull buoy, bands and running shoes.

We chatted to Jamie about why the squad bases themselves in Wollongong, their Europe base, the younger Australian members of the squad and what is up next.
