Are you going to Phuket for the Tri Fest? Trizone has been given a heads up on a great offer from the team at BPM-Sport.com If you don’t know BPM then you should, they are the coaching and management team that work with Pete Jacobs and over the years have put on some amazing training camps with some of triathlon’s best including PJ, Macca, Mirinda Carfrae, Belinda Granger and more. Whilst chatting with the guys about some upcoming training options for 2012 (more on this soon on Trizone) we found out about this opportunity.
BPM-Sport.com will be offering complimentary sessions for participants in the upcoming Phuket Tri Fest. Athletes will have the chance to spend some time with two of their coaches either after the Laguna Phuket Triathlon or before the Asia Pacific 70.3 Championships.
Sunday 27th November
You can join BPM Coaches Justin Granger and Nicole Gallagher after the Laguna Phuket Triathlon to wind down and start your recovery. A vital part of getting ready for future races is how you recover, and the coaches will take athletes through a recommended recovery session. Athletes will meet on the beach front at the Dusit Thani Hotel for a post race recovery swim followed by a Q&A session on recovery and how best to prepare for your 2012 season. The session will also let athletes have a debrief of their race with two of Asia Pacific’s top triathlon coaches. Finish up with a sun downer before you hit the famous Laguna Phuket after party.
Saturday 3rd December
Join the BPM-Sport.com coaches for your final swim training session and to discuss race strategies, nutrition and final preparations for the Asia Pacific 70.3 Championships. Athletes will meet on the beach at the Dusit Thani Hotel before heading to the race start where coaches for the session will help ease any pre-race jitters and butterflies.
The cost per session is FREE with each limited in size. All attendees of the Phuket Tri Fest events are welcome.
