USA Triathlon Partners with TriBike Transport for National Championships and ITU Team USA Events

USA Triathlon today announced that TriBike Transport will serve as the Official Bike Transport Provider for USA Triathlon through 2019. The full-service bike transport company will offer discounted rates to competitors at USA Triathlon’s four owned National Championships — Duathlon, Collegiate Club & High School, Youth & Junior and Age Group (sprint and Olympic-distance) — as well as those representing Team USA at select ITU Age Group World Championships.

TriBike Transport provides a convenient, stress-free transport experience, allowing athletes to travel through the airport without oversized baggage and collect their bikes and race gear directly at the event. The company offers a variety of transport services, including both Fully-Assembled and Pack & Ship options.

“USA Triathlon is proud to offer discounted TriBike Transport services to our National Championship and Team USA competitors,” said Chuck Menke, Chief Marketing Officer at USA Triathlon. “Competing at Nationals or Worlds is a momentous accomplishment, but travelling with valuable gear can cause added stress. TriBike Transport gives athletes confidence and peace of mind on race weekend by delivering the bike, an essential piece of equipment, to the event site safely and reliably.”

“Our entire team is excited to partner with USA Triathlon and its nearly 500,000 members,” said Marc Lauzon, founder and President of TriBike Transport. “We look forward to offering USA Triathlon’s athletes travelling to Nationals or World Championship races with the same outstanding service TriBike Transport has provided to thousands of triathletes over the last 14 years, allowing each of them to focus on their race.”

TriBike Transport delivers bikes to more than 80 triathlon and cycling events annually throughout the continental U.S., Canada and Mexico, and in 2011 expanded its service to include select overseas event locations.

Competitors at USA Triathlon’s owned National Championships, as well as the ITU Multisport World Championships Festival and the ITU Age Group Sprint and Standard-Distance Triathlon World Championships, will receive information about discounted rates and reservations for TriBike Transport via email in the lead-up to each event.
