Elite Energy triseries expands to 10 multisport weekends in the 2015-2016 season

If you are a NSW based triathlete now is the time to start looking at next seasons races. One of the best experiences is the triseries run by Elite Energy. This New South Wales based triathlon series grew substantially this season and next season will see new exciting locations added with new event distances and formats to cater for all ages and abilities.

The additional races are Thredbo, Wyong (yes finally a triathlon on the Central Coast) and Canberra. These new races add another level of interest to this upcoming season.

The overall series silverware is becoming highly sort after and is one of the reasons that the triseries is rising in popularity. In addition the added attraction of regularly racing with and against friends and triathlon acquaintances takes you back to why we do the sport. For most it is to race and do it more often.

Point Score

The structure of the 2015-16 Point Score changes and will become a simple “cumalitive total” of all points achieved by a Top 10 place, and then 2 points for every finishing athlete there after. The following table displays the point allocation.

20 points – 1st Place
18 points – 2nd Place
16 points – 3rd Place
14 Points – 4th Place
13 Points – 5th Place
12 Points – 6th Place
11 Points – 7th Place
10 Points – 8th Place
9 Points – 9th Place
8 Points – 10th Place
2 Points – All remaining finishers

With the introduction of the Enforcer Event distance, there will be change to the format of the Elite Energy Junior Series, please review all the details on the following page.

Entry Fee Information

In addition, for the upcoming season Elite Energy are revamping the popular “limited edition Series Pass” and are looking to introduce a more flexible offer. This new offer will allow you the option to bundle your own choice of Festivals from those listed as part of the triSeries below.

Entries must be for the same Event distance, with the any combination grouped as following:

• Select all 10 to receive a 25% discount (Entry must be submitted by Huskisson ‘Late Entry’ close date 2015);
• Choose 7 or more to recieve a 20% discount (Entry must be submitted by Yamba ‘Late Entry’ close date 2016) or;
• For 5 or more to recieve a 15% discount (Entry must be submitted by Thredbo ‘Late Entry’ close date 2016)
