Hungary’s Zsanett Bragmayer and South Africa’s Henri Schoeman dominated the Arena Games Triathlon in Switzerland, but it was 15-year-old Fanni Szalai who stole the show.
Bragmayer secured an impressive win by triumphing in all three stages, while Schoeman, who has been dealing with injury and illness for three years, won the men’s event. The event marked Switzerland’s Super League debut, with a sell-out crowd cheering on the athletes at the CAMPUS SURSEE Sportarena.
The final of the Arena Games Triathlon takes place on April 8 in London, where the World Championship title will be decided based on an athlete's best result from Montreal, Switzerland plus the final.
