Melbourne Training Day with Pete Jacobs
BPM-Sport.com today announced a Training Day with Pete Jacobs in Melbourne on the 14thof January 2012 with all proceeds being donated to the John Maclean Foundation. The event will be proudly hosted by Urban Hotel St Kilda, a long time supporter of the John Maclean Foundation and sponsor of Pete Jacobs. Attendees will enjoy a day of training and coaching advice from one of the world’s best long course triathlete’s.
Pete told us “I was fortunate enough to attend a recent board meeting of the John Maclean Foundation and as always, I was inspired by the amazing work that they do. I was already planning a Melbourne training day with BPM-Sport and we decided that the least I could do would be to donate my time and help raise some funds. It’s Christmas and a time for giving so let’s support a great cause and have some fun at the same time.”
The Training Day with PJ will include sessions of swim, bike, run and of course Q&A with Pete himself. The full day event will be hosted by Urban Hotel St Kilda and will include lunch as well as nutrition throughout the day courtesy of Shotz Nutrition. Pete has arranged for some fun prizes on the day for attendees thanks to his sponsors including some very special items purely designed and made for Pete himself.
The day will cost attendees just a donation* of $100 or more to the John Maclean Foundation and we will limit the numbers to make it a very personal event. I look forward to a great day in Melbourne where I can pass on my knowledge, give away some great prizes and have some fun with triathletes of all levels. Hopefully we’ll raise some good dollars for JMF in the process and it will be tax deductible for everyone, how good is that!”
Training Day with PJ in aid of the John Maclean Foundation is supported by: Urban Hotels; BPM-Sport.com; F2P Sportswear; Healthwise Active Travel, SRAM, Zipp and Pete’s new footwear sponsor (to be announced in January).
*Please note that all donations to the John Maclean Foundation are tax deductible.
