Ironman Cairns 70.3 boasts a 1.9km swim, 90km cycle and a 21.1km run, all situated in and around the beautiful Queensland city of Cairns.
IRONMAN 70.3 Cairns features a course memorable for the swim in the warm waters of Tropical North Queensland, the bike leg that travels up arguably the most scenic coastal roads in Australia towards Port Douglas and run that includes the Cairns boardwalk before finishing in the heart of the city of Cairns.
The event offers 25 qualifying slots for the IRONMAN 70.3 World Championship in Mont-Tremblant, Quebec, Canada.

Ironman 70.3 Sunshine Coast 2014
Competitors will take in the best that Mooloolaba has to offer, starting with a swim off the surf beach followed by a flat and fast bike course. The run will tie up the day’s exciting events with a two lap course around Mooloolaba’s Esplanade lined with spectators. Discover more about the course.
IRONMAN 70.3 Sunshine Coast provides a fitting warm up for those athletes heading over to Kona to take on the IRONMAN World Championship in October.

This premier event will be held just a few hours south of Sydney in the beach side town of Callala, on pristine Jervis Bay, New South Wales.
Distances:
- 1.5km ocean swim
- 30km mountain bike
- 10km trail run
Up for grabs is $50,000 AUD in pro prize money and the title of Asia-Pacific champion in every division. The event will also serve as XTERRA’s Australian Championship “giving Aussies the chance to grab this very special national title.
Amateurs racers will compete against divisional rivals to secure a spot in the the XTERRA World Championship held each year in Maui, Hawaii during the month of October.
